240z Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing your use of the 240z platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of the services provided. By using this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated herein.
These terms apply to all users of the 240z platform in Malaysia. Effective date: 1 January 2026.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 240z platform — including the website, mobile app, and related services — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all other policies referenced herein.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 240z platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the terms will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.
This platform is open to individuals aged 18 and above only. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. 240z reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any account that does not meet this requirement.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Registration & Account Information
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 240z platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
Users are solely responsible for keeping their account password confidential. 240z will never ask for your password via email or chat. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact our support team immediately.
User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for ensuring that all activity carried out under their account complies with these terms. Any losses arising from failure to maintain account security are the user's sole responsibility. Users may not share account access with any other party.
- Using the platform for any fraudulent or unlawful activity is strictly prohibited.
- Using third-party software to manipulate game outcomes is strictly prohibited.
- Registering using a false identity or another person's information is strictly prohibited.
- Users must comply with all relevant local laws in Malaysia.
Payment Information & Transactions in Malaysian Ringgit
All transactions on the 240z platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is registered in their own name. 240z does not accept payments from third-party accounts.
Deposit
Deposits that have been successfully credited to an account cannot be reversed once processing is complete. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are subject to change. Any deposit made through unauthorised means will be returned and the account may be suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawal
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same user's name. Before your first withdrawal is processed, you will need to complete identity verification. Processing times vary depending on the selected method and are subject to security checks. 240z reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals if there are signs of suspicious activity while an investigation is ongoing.
Liability Limits, Account Suspension & Intellectual Property
Platform Liability Limits
240z is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service disruptions caused by system maintenance, technical failures, or factors beyond the platform's control.
In all circumstances, 240z's maximum liability to any user shall not exceed the active account balance held by that user at the time the claim is made.
Account Suspension & Closure
240z reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence of a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, use of multiple accounts, or any conduct deemed harmful to the platform or other users. Any valid balance in a closed account will be returned upon completion of the investigation, subject to deduction of any losses related to the breach.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 240z platform — including logos, designs, text, images, and software — is the exclusive property of 240z or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, or use any such content without prior written consent. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.
Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Third-Party Links & Services
The 240z platform may include references to third-party services such as payment providers and game suppliers. 240z is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third parties. Users who engage with third-party services do so at their own risk and are subject to the respective terms of those third parties.
Amendments to Terms
240z reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this website. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from the use of the 240z platform should first be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
